Job Summary
We are hiring a dependable Property Associate to support daily site operations at our Diamond Self Storage of Texas - Waco facility in Waco, TX.
This role is focused on customer service, basic administrative tasks, and keeping the property running smoothly and securely. Full training is provided.
This is a structured, entry-level position designed for someone who is reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with rentals, move-ins, and account questions
Process payments and basic transactions
Answer phone calls and handle walk-in customers
Perform routine property walkthroughs
Report maintenance or security issues
Maintain cleanliness of office and property areas
Follow daily operational checklists
Requirements
Reliable and punctual work history
Basic computer skills (email, data entry, simple systems)
Comfortable interacting with customers
Able to work independently after training
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
No prior self-storage experience required.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
Ability to walk the property and work outdoors (up to 50% of shift)
Routine light cleaning and upkeep of indoor and outdoor areas
